Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Delivery charges (if any) will also be refunded, except for any non-standard or expedited delivery options you chose.

5. Exemptions

The right to cancel does not apply to:

Perishable goods (e.g., bait or food items).

Items made to your specifications or personalised products.

Goods that have been opened, used, or are not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons.
