Eligibility for Returns
•Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
•Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition.
•Certain products such as custom-made kits or special-order items are non-returnable unless faulty.



Faulty or Damaged Goods
•All items are inspected before dispatch, but if you receive a damaged or faulty product, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
•Please provide clear photos of the damage along with your order number.
•We will arrange for the item to be replaced free of charge.



How to Return an Item

Refund Process
•Refunds will be processed once the returned goods have been received and inspected.
•Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
•Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or damaged.



Exclusions

We cannot accept returns for:
•Products damaged by improper installation or misuse.
•Items returned after the 14-day period without prior agreement.
•Goods not returned in their original condition or packaging.
